Real estate is a highly personal decision and my goal is to always do the best job that I can to look after your interests.
I have a passion for real estate that comes from owning many houses, building and renovating cottages and growing up with a father who was a plumber, electrician and commercial gas installation expert who could build or fix almost anything.
Prior to joining Bosley as a Realtor, I enjoyed a successful career as a sales & marketing professional in the advertising and loyalty marketing industries in North America and Asia.
My business background has provided me with a solid base of negotiating and marketing skills that are invaluable in helping my real estate clients.
I have a strong interest in community affairs and have been active in a variety of associations including the 1997 Special Olympics World Winter Games, Director of The Georgian Bay Association and President, Healey Lake Association
As president of one of the earliest Condominium Corporations registered in Ontario, I participated in committees that helped the Ontario Government develop the first revisions to the original Condominium Act.
I am a strong believer in the importance of listening to people’s needs in order to fully understand what they are looking for. Please call me to talk about your real estate needs and dreams.
Specialties:
New condo construction for investors and first time buyers. I work with many of my buyers for both pre-construction and existing condos. Many of my clients are offshore investors. I work with them to ensure that they understand the Toronto real estate market as well as local rules and regulations regarding investors.
